It can be a real pain working out how to find someone, especially if you are starting with little information about that person. With the advent of the internet , however, it has become increasingly easier than it used to be to find someone using your computer. This is how simple folk like you and me can save time and money gathering the information we need.

The people you are looking for will almost certainly have some kind of identifying information located somewhere on the internet....It may be a telephone number in the white or yellow pages, a cell phone number,  an email id or it might be part of a High School alumni list.

If you have a old phone number or an address where they used to stay, you could try a reverse look up directory. These directories are continually updated from various sources on the internet. There are both free and paid services on the internet. Usually the free services provide very limited results and are not updates as often as the paid services, so using them you may not find what you are looking for.
